Pashanbhed

Pashanbhed is a drug mentioned in the Ayurvedic system of medicine for various ailments but mainly as a diuretic and lithotriptic. It is said to have the properties of breaking and disintegrating kidney stones by penetrating and crushing them. It is recommended for painful micturition, for curing abdominal tumors, and for breaking up calculi. It is known to relieve burning urination, cleanse the urinary bladder, help in the passage of urine, and inhibit the crystallisation of minerals.

Varun

It is an important Ayurvedic herb that is especially valued for its effectiveness in the treatment of renal conditions, infection, and enlarged prostate. It interferes with the creation of oxalate-type kidney stones. Varun is also used as preventive medicine in the management of recurrent renal stone formation. It also helps remove kidney stones, ease kidney & urinary disorders, help with prostate enlargement, ease urinary tract infection, flush out small stones from the kidney and urinary tract. It gives relief in associated symptoms such as pain, pus and RBCs in urine.

Gokshura

It maintains effective kidney function and reduces renal discomfort. It is a potent diuretic herb that helps in proper urine flow and flushes out toxins. It nourishes kidney and reproductive organs, helps improve kidney functions and is also helpful in gout and kidney diseases. It helps in treating urine incontinence, kidney stones, and urine infections.

Apamarga

Apamarga helps to break up calculi, cleanse the blood and also helps reduce swelling of internal organs. It is also antipyretic in nature.

Shatavari

Research shows that Shatavari helps relieve inflammation. It also helps to improve urination and urine retention.

Anantamul

Anantamul is an excellent diuretic used to reduce occurence of urinary infections.

Guduchi

Guduchi strengthens the urinary system and increases the resistance of inner layers of the bladder and urethra to fight repeated urinary tract infections. Due to its antimicrobial property, the growth of microorganisms is inhibited in the body.

Yashtimadhu

Yashtimadhu supports rejuvenation of the urinary system, helping soothe the lining of the urinary tract. Yashtimadhu is also useful in boosting the immune system.
