Neem

The Neem leaves extract is extensively used as an old and popular remedy for a variety of disorders. It is mainly used as a blood purifier, as it substantially increases the state of oxidation in red blood cells. Studies have shown that it has better anti-oxidant properties than even Vitamin C, Qurctin and Rutin. Neem is a scavenger of free radicals and mild anti-diabetic. It improves general well-being, stops skin itching, and reduces cramps, common in the case of diabetics.

Guduchi

It is widely used as a general tonic and is useful for treating malaria, vomiting, anemia, piles, chronic fever, skin diseases as well as diabetes. Guduchi is useful for carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Regular intake (it is safe for oral intake) enhances the immune system, helping prevent neurological disorders such as numbness, tingling sensations, and optical neuropathy. It is also known to possess anti-diabetic, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, immunomodulator, anti-inflammatory, and anti-stress properties. Known in Ayurveda as an ideal herb, it is beneficial as an immunomodulant hypolipidaemic (protection against heart ailments) and hepatoprotective (protects the liver from being damaged by toxins). Guduchi protects the body from liver and kidney damage, which is the biggest risk in case of diabetes.

Turmeric
